All order's from StephanieBlackford.com are shipped by Canada Post as an expedited parcel and are insured for the full value of the shipment, with the exception of the buttons which are sent by letter mail. The shipping rates are determined by the size, weight and destination of your purchase and are clearly displayed during the online ordering process. Delivery of your purchase will occur within 1-4 weeks of placing your order, depending on which products you order. For example the delivery date for a Bamboo Scarf would be 2 weeks or less, compared to the delivery date of one of our Lace-up Coats, which would be 4 weeks after the date of purchase. Remember, your order will be handmade by the artist, Stephanie Blackford. Also, Stephanie Blackford will contact you with an approximate delivery date within 48 hrs of receiving your order confirmation. To track the progress of your order just Contact Us for an update! Our return and cancellation policies: Stephanie Blackford will issue a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order on the website. After the 24 hour grace period has been exceeded we will gladly exchange your purchase or provide you with an in store credit to be used towards your next purchase.
The following conditions apply to website refunds, exchanges and instore credits.
- All items must be received by Blackford Design in 100% original condition.
- Before you send back your item for a refund, exchange or instore credit you must Contact Us to obtain an Authorization Code and the mailing information.
- All items must be fully insured upon their return. All return mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The original shipping costs will not be included in the refund, exchange value or in store credit.
- All items purchased in person from Stephanie Blackford/Blackford Design are Exchange Only.
